Naruto, dattebayo

i finally got around to finish this one which i had in my unfinished drawings, reading the latest manga got me inspired to finish it hehe, i didn draw the turtle neck as neck tight as it should be but oh well whatever
and its kinda like he is saying believe it or whatever dattebayo means, but he could also just be pointing at you, or saying i will be hokage,or maybe like saying you are next in my list
