its her OC Misery fighting android 13 from the dragon ball z movie, in case you dont get whas going on here, she stabbed him with her weapon ( called sorrows of death) on his side and he grabbed the chain attached to it to try to cut it with his other hand, and she is just pulling on it to cause him more pain
