Ginyu vs Franky

this is a hard one to place because we have to go into scale we know both of them are tough in their own worlds but which world is harsher? we have no idea if that punch that does nothing to goku would tear franky in half or not
i turn your attention to the first martial arts tournament in dragonball in which krillin and roshi have to stop their fight and explain to the crowed what just happened in that split second that they disappeared (for the record a lot happened)

things to consider: vegeta could destroy planets with little effort at the start of dragonballz and ginyu is strong enough to bring frieza saga vageta to his knees in fear.
