Creator´s commentary about his character:
This is my theory for Okura as an “Ascended” Legendary Super Saiya-jin 3(ALSSj3). The subject would have achieved a level of power never before seen amongst anyone in existence. This level can only be achieved by a Legendary Super Saiya-jin (LSSj) such as Broly or Okura. The level will surpass a Legendary Super Saiya-jin 3 (LSSj3), leaving the being whom has unlocked this level more powerful than anything before…surpassing Broly and I. Since it has been established that LSSj and LSSj3 can only be unlocked by those who are genetically LSSjs….no other being other than Okura or Broly (not excluding any offspring that would be reared by Okura) can achieve this. Aside from genetics….the way LSSj is unlocked is by one’s power exceeding its limits not only by rage, but also by insanity. Broly unlocked this power by both his hatred for King Vegeta and myself and the emotional trauma caused by King Vegeta when he was only an infant in which would drive him to madness. Okura, having had more restraint than his grandfather, achieves this by slipping into the descents of madness caused by resentment, physical and emotional trauma, and hatred which built up within him until he finally became an LSSj. But, in order to achieve ALSSj3…one’s heart and mind, unlike the rage filled and unstable mind of LSSj, must be clear of all malice, hatred, sadness, and a clear conscience and must forgive one’s self for whatever tragedies and setbacks that occurred within one’s life. With this form, they must be absolutely pure of heart. Anger is no longer a factor with this form for the subject’s only thought will be the safety and protection of the ones they love. The physical aspects of this form are different from the other LSSj forms. Unlike the LSSjs, their body and muscle mass does not increase, remaining the same size as their SSj3 forms. Their appearance is much the same as an SSj3, having the long hair, no hair on their brows. But the physical difference is that their eyes are pure white, no pupils present, and the hair will glow a bright yellow-green. The energy, or ki, aspect is that all traces of a power level has disappeared, giving the impression that their power level is at 0, or no power level is present. This adaptation will cause confusion to one’s opponent, throwing him or her off guard and will often underestimate the ALSSj3. As a tactic, this is quite an advantage. No with there being no emotional responses with this form, the being with this form will often, but not always, appear to be clearly focused on the objective at hand, never deviating from their self-appointed duty. Another aspect of the outward appearance is that there will be no aura being given off, much like they are inactive. Again, this is another tactical advantage, often fooling the opponent. Combat, itself, is very different from the style used by LSSjs, which is often uncoordinated, brutal, and highly unpredictable which often leads to brutal killings and defeats. The attacks from an ALSSj3 are swift, unrelenting, and straight to the point. Now this form has its drawbacks. The form can only be held for a very short amount of time before it begins to drain the being’s life-force from his body. If one were to lose control of their self in this form, it would bring them to self-destruct and with a high possibility to bring the destruction of their own world. Obtaining this form is not at all recommended and should only be unlocked in extreme need. On another note…I can just imagine what Vegeta will say if this happens. “Kakarot! He’s more powerful than me! That’s impossible! I am the Prince of all Saiya-jins! No one can be more powerful than me!!” Haha….good ol’ Vegeta. I have a feeling he won’t like this one bit
